Electronic prescriptions

City Dermatology and Laser uses electronic prescriptions to insure accuracy and speed in prescribing your medication. The prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy while you are here, and you may pick up at your convenience. To ensure that your prescriptions are delivered to the correct pharmacy, please bring your pharmacy name, address and phone number wih you.

Prescription Refills

For Rx refills, please call your pharmacy and have them fax the refill to 513-618-2128

Please request prescription refills during regular office hours. Have the details of the prescription, medication name, strength and quantity, and the pharmacy number available. We will review and update your medical record before refills are authorized. Therefore, please allow 24 hours for prescriptions to be filled. Prescription refills are only completed during regular office hours. Please note that we are unable to prescribe medication that was not originally provided by our office or refill prescriptions older than 6 months
