As many of you know, we are moving to a new space. The good news is that we will have the same great staff and I think the new location will be more convenient for most. The new location is 580 Walnut, Plaza level. It is between 5th and 6th Streets and between Walnut and Main. See map below. There is parking underneath in the 580 garage as well as 5/3rd Bank side of the Fountain Square. It is connected by the sky bridge for those living and working downtown.
We are busy with the build out and plan to be in the new space the first part of October. We will be in our current space until the end of August. After August 1, the entrance from 4th Street will be closed and you will need to use the City Club entrance accessible from the City Club parking garage or 309 Vine Street. Take the elevator at City Club to the 3rd floor, turn left, then left again and walk down hall and through 2 doors to bring you to the main lobby. Once there, take the elevator to the 22nd floor.
During the month of September and the first part of October, we will be seeing patients temporarily at the Skin Cancer Center, 3024 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45219. There is free parking behind the building. Walk up driveway and turn Right, go past the Skin Cancer Center entrance and we will be in the second doorway.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Please call the office at 513-421-3376 if additional information is needed.
We are continuing to follow Gov. DeWine’s policy. Our office is now open, however we are asking all patients to reschedule if they have symptoms of Covid-19 (Fever, cough, flu-like symptoms), have traveled outside the tristate in the past 14 days, or have a known exposure to someone with Covid-19 within the past 2 weeks.
We ask that patients come alone to their visit, unless prior arranged with Dr. Long. We also ask all patients to wear a mask when coming to the office as recommended by Gov. DeWine.
Our staff will continue to wash hands frequently, wipe down rooms after each patient and wear masks. We want to ensure our staff stays healthy as well and will be taking temperatures and Oxygen saturation levels.
We have rearranged our waiting area to incorporate the 6 feet social distancing and will get you back to the exam rooms as soon as possible. It is helpful to print out any changes in medication or insurance and new patient forms prior to arrival.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
