Parking Options

It is easiest to park directly underneath our building in the @580 garage. If you are in and out for an appointment you may park here even if it states monthly parking only, special event, or garage full. It is now automated, simply scan the QR code by the garage elevators, add your license plate info and credit card. You can then come in and out automatically.  We can help with this in our office if needed.
Fees are up to 20 min $2.99, 30 min. $6, 60 min. $12.

Fountain Square Garage parking is available at both 416 Vine near the Westin and 520 Vine which is closer.  The 5/3 Bank side is currently under construction, so you will need to enter at Vine St., take the pedestrian exit to Fountain Square, walk up to 6th St., cross Walnut and proceed to 580 Walnut on the R.  Take the stairs, elevator or escalator to the 2nd (Plaza) level. Turn L into the hallway, and we are the last space on the R before the Skywalk.  It is fun to look at the Fountain, check out the happenings on the Square or even see what the food trucks are serving up.
The rates are: 30 min $2, up to 60 min $4, 1-2 hours $7.  This is the best rate!

Columbia Plaza Parking is available at 250 E 5th St.
The rates are up to 20 min $2, 40 min $4, 80 min $7.

Metered parking and many other public lots are available close by.  Cincy EZ Park is a new app for parking.  Once registered, you can pay and add meter time from your smart phone.  It’s convenient to use and is available at multiple parking meters downtown and throughout Cincinnati.

There are several parking companies that allow you to pre-arrange a close by parking spot, often at a reduced rate.  A few to check out are Parking.com, Parking panda.com and Spothero.com.

For many, the office is walkable via the Skywalk or on the Streetcar route; 6th and Main in front of Richter & Phillips and the Aronoff are the closest streetcar stops.  There are bike racks at 5th and Walnut and Red Bike on Fountain Square for my cycling patients.  The main Metro bus station is also close by, and UC students and staff can ride for $1 with a UC EZ Ride pass.

  • Take I71/I75 North
  • Take Second St W exit toward Downtown/riverfront
  • Merge onto 2nd St W
  • Turn L onto Joe Nuxhall Way/Main St

  • @580 Parking Garage is on the Left after the Federal Building, just past Government Alley
  • Turn L onto 6th St, 580 Walnut is on the L
  • You can also turn L onto Walnut after passing the 580 location and enter the @580 Garage on the L

Traveling South on I-75 from Northern Cincinnati

  • Take I75 South
  • Use the L lane to take Exit 1 B towards I75 S
  • Keep L to continue on Exit 1 C, follow signs for Downtown/5th St
  • Continue onto W 5th ST
  • Turn L onto Main St.
  • The @580 Parking Garage will be on the L, after the Federal bldg., just past Government Alley
  • Turn L onto 6th St; 580 Walnut is on the L
  • You can also turn L after passing the 580 location onto Walnut and enter the @580 Garage on the L

Traveling South on I71 from Northeastern Cincinnati

  • Take I71 S
  • Use the L lane and take Exit towards East 3rd St
  • Use R two lanes to turn R onto Main St
  • Pass by Walgreens on the R
